  Dear Vendor,

  We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at the 2026 South Dakota EMS Association Annual State Conference, October 30 – November 1, 2026, at the Best Western PLUS Ramkota Hotel in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

  As a valued supporter of EMS in South Dakota, your participation helps make this conference a success. We anticipate approximately 400 attendees, including EMS professionals, educators, leaders, students, and decision-makers from across the state.

  Door prizes are greatly appreciated. Sponsorship opportunities are available for lunch and conference breaks, providing additional visibility for your organization. We look forward to welcoming both returning and first-time exhibitors.

  Conference Information

  In-Person Conference

  • Registration closes November 1, 2026.
  • No partial conference registrations are available.
  • One banquet ticket is included with each in-person registration.
  • Additional banquet tickets are available for $40 while supplies last.

  Virtual Conference

  • Opens approximately one week after the conference.
  • Courses remain available through December 10, 2026.
  • Continuing education credit is not awarded after December 10.

  Pre-Conference

  • No I/C Society Instructor Workshop in 2026.
  • SDEMSC Pediatric Boot Camp information coming soon.
