Join us for Maynard’s Birthday Palooza, a night of fun, food, and generosity celebrating Maynard’s 70th birthday — and more than 50 years of service as a volunteer EMT, firefighter, and small-town advocate.

Rather than a traditional birthday celebration, Maynard’s family is hosting this community fundraiser to give back to the local organizations he has faithfully supported for decades.

    Saturday, April 11, 2026
Kimball Legion – Main Street, Kimball, SD
    Doors open: 4:00 PM
    Meal served: 5:00 PM

    Fundraiser Beneficiaries

Proceeds from the event will support the following local organizations:

    • Kimball Fire Department

    • Kimball Ambulance Department

    • Knights of Columbus

    • Kimball Tractor Museum

    • Kimball Food Pantry

    Special Palooza Fun

In true Palooza fashion, the organization that receives the most donations will earn the honor of throwing a pie in Maynard’s face

    How to Support

    • Attend the event in person

    • Not local? Donations can be made by scanning the Cash App code on the event flyer and specifying which organization you’d like to support

Whether you’ve known Maynard for decades or simply appreciate those who dedicate their lives to serving others, you’re invited to come celebrate, laugh, and support the organizations that keep the Kimball community strong.
